Dr. Divaker James Fenn says "I’m an active & prominent orthopaedic surgeon at Fenn Hospital. I have extensive knowledge in the field of orthopaedics. My other areas of interest include neurology, sports injury, cancer biology, orthopaedic oncology, paediatric orthopaedics, human cytogenetics, mutational analysis, protein chemistry, and osteoporosis. I hold an MBBS and M.S Ortho degrees from Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, India. Following my masters in orthopaedics, I have performed several emergency trauma surgical procedures like CRIF/ORIF with IMIL Nailing/plate osteosynthesis. I have also been trained in ATLS emergency and disaster management in orthopaedics, total knee replacements, total hip replacements, spine surgeries in high volume centres across Tamil Nadu. I’m also technically sound in the areas of immunology, biomedical techniques, electrophoresis techniques, microscopic handlings, trauma care and other mainstream fields, thereby giving attention to pathological & immunological diseases related to general orthopaedics , various tumours around the joints, spine& long bones. I am currently practicing as a consultant at Fenn Hospital. I have also been actively a part of multiple scientific meetings, seminars, and have published scientific papers in national & international journals."
