Dr Shashank Raikwar have more than 13 years of experience of medical field post MBBS. Dedicated to exemplary patient outcomes and following all necessary medical/ psychological procedures with the use of the latest equipments and technologies. I maintain strong focus on listening and addressing patient/ caregiver’s concerns by employing soft skills. Willingness to work as members of the medical team and to maximize patient satisfaction. Held various appointments in Army and worked as medical officer, which has provided me with administrative knowledge and managing various health issues respectively. Currently working as psychiatrist and handling various routine cases and psychiatric emergencies on day to day basis.
