Ms. Medha Gupta completed an M. Psychology from the University of Delhi and went on to pursue M. Clinical Psychology from Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), Delhi. She specializes in working with children, adults and elderly with the variety of conditions such as behavioral issues, mood disorders, anxiety-related disorders, psychosomatic conditions and neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation in case of – trauma or injury to the brain, dementia, pain disorders. She firmly believes that the work of a mental health professional is not just treating the mind when it is unwell, but also in promoting positive states of happiness and well-being - goals which go on to mould her special interest in mindfulness-based therapies and practices, meditation, spirituality and positive psychology. She is also a trained hypnotherapist and has years of training and expertise in meditative and healing practices.
