About Dr Nitesh Narayen

He has experience in performing more than 15000 surgeries and was the first to perform Femtosecond Laser Assisted INTACS implantation in Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh in 2012. He is highly experienced in Penetrating Keratoplasties and various other lamellar corneal surgeries (DALK, DSEK). He also has substantial experience in performing Intralase enabled keratoplasty, corneal ulcer management, Ocular surface reconstruction, INTACS implantation for keratoconus, personalized LASIK, ICL implantation and other varied procedures for other corneal disorders. He also has experience in managing difficult cataract surgeries. He was one of the principal investigators for Femtosecond Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery when it was done for the first time in India in 2013. He has performed live surgeries for ophthalmologists in various national conferences. He is a Scientific Committee Member of Telangana Ophthalmic Society.
