Dr Harini Atturu

Dr. Harini Atturu, has rich experience of working in different major hospitals in Hyderabad like CARE Hitech Hospital, Sunshine Gachibowli, Rainbow Banjara, Continental Hospital and Femcity Hospital. She is also Guest Faculty at University of Hyderabad. She is a Visiting Consultant for some busy companies. She is Medical Advisor for CognitiveBotics- 'Artificial Intelligence based online intervention solutions for Autism'. She worked in National Health Services for nearly 12 years in West Yorkshire, North Western Deanery and Sheffield. She did her Master of Sciences in Psychiatry from the prestigious University of Manchester and obtained MRCPsych from Royal College of Psychiatrists. She has received Special training in the assessment and management of Adult ADHD and Adult Autism, patients with Intellectual disability and Drug & Alcohol Addiction center. She facilitated self-help CBT as part of 3rd sector voluntary organisation 'Mind' in UK. Over the years her projects were selected in various International conferences and has presented in International Conferences in Barcelona, Berlin, Vienna, Madrid and United Kingdom. Being author and co-author of various publications, she is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, UK and The British Association of Psychopharmacology, UK. She has also served as faculty in the University of Manchester and the Salford Royal Infirmary. She is very keen in increasing awareness in in Mental Health issues and has delivered several talks in Conferences, IT corporate setting and Awareness programs in India. She follows 'Good Medical Practice', Bio-Psycho-Social model and has Holistic approach while dealing with patients not just treating the symptom.
