Dr Shivika Agarwal

Dr. Shivika Agarwal has completed her bachelors at Kothiwal Dental College and Research Centre, Moradabad in 2009. She had been a meticulous student and achieved honors and distinctions in her subjects. After finishing her bachelors, she did a year-long residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi. To expand her horizon, she also completed PG Diploma in Hospital Administration form Apollo Hospital, Delhi. To gain international exposure she has also completed a mini-residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Montreal General Hospital, Canada. A clinical experience of more than 7 years has been amassed by her, working at various dental arenas like Government Hospitals, Private and charitable dental clinics and Specialty Centre. She has clinically observed medically complex and special needs pediatric population in dentistry clinics, general anesthesia cases of dentistry, oral surgery and Plastic surgery in operating rooms at SickKids Hospital, Toronto, Canada. She also attended NAM (naso-alveolar moulding) clinics, the pre-surgical infant orthopaedic program for unilateral and bilateral cleft lip and palate patients in conjunction with plastics and orthodontic team. She has successfully trained in all types of oro-facial trauma cases, jaw fractures and has a good exposure to hospital dentistry and emergency duties. She has a certification in Pediatric Esthetic Crowns and has attended various dental and specialty conferences at state and national level.
