Ms Ruchika Kanwal

Ms Ruchika Kanwal is a Clinical Psychologist. She received her M.Phil Degree in Clinical Psychology from Calcutta University and holds a license from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). She practices behaviorally oriented psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. She has expertise in providing various psychological assessments including Psycho-diagnostic, Personality, Neuro-psychological, IQ and Specific Learning Disability. In her clinical practice, she focuses on Assessments as well as Psychotherapy with individuals suffering from a wide range of emotional, psychological, behavioural, and adjustment problems. She is a compassionate individual who addresses the needs of her clients and works towards improving their quality of life. She has had prior experience in conducting workshops for multinational companies on Stress Management, Emotional Wellbeing, Healthy Lifestyles, and Communication Skills. She has actively worked and provided assistance to various corporates in establishing policies and training for POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment).
