Dr. Meenu Barara is a Delhi-based cosmetologist and dermatologist with 8 years of experience in skin and hair care. Dr. Barara is an alumnus of lady hardinge medical college with MBBS and MD degrees to her credit. The achievement of post graduate DNB degree awarded by the national board of examinations further supplemented her existing qualifications. While serving the residency programme at Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital and Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital which holds the distinction of being one of Asia's largest children hospitals, she received a comprehensive and wide-ranging exposure in pediatric dermatology. Dr. Barara is associated with various publications in national and international journals. As a speaker, she has delivered lectures on a multitude of topics in several medical conferences. She is also the recipient of prestigious ‘dr. C s Bhawani Kumar memorial award’ for dermatosurgery and a proficiency prize in pharmacology. She is among the privileged few to be selected for the fellowship programme conducted by the Indian Association Of Dermatologists, Venereologists, And Leprologists (IADVL), a large society representing the fraternity of Indian dermatologists. She has also been awarded fellowship for dermatosurgery by Association Of Cutaneous Surgeons Of India (ACSI).
