Dr. V. B. Krishna Kumar Raja popularly known as Dr. KK specializes in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After completing his undergraduate studies at Annamalai University he served his internship at Calicut Medical and Dental College and Hospital, Kerela. He then went to the United Kingdom and completed his senior residency in oral surgery. He completed his post graduation in 1992 in Maxillofacial Surgery as the best outgoing student from Mysore University. His super specialty training in TMJ disorders was with Dr. Allen Tarro, Boston, USA. Along with his maxillofacial surgical skills, Dr. KK. Raja also specializes in Implant dentistry, Botox, and Fillers. He shares his wealth of knowledge as a teaching faculty and is currently a professor of maxillofacial surgery at SRM Dental College and Hospital. He is also a consultant maxillofacial surgeon at Sooriya Hospital, Balaji Critical Care Hospital and Global Hospitals, apart from various other dental clinics. His primary interests lie in Facial cosmetic surgery and Implant dentistry. He has authored many articles and a textbook on oral anatomy.
