Dr Amita is an M.D, DNB Dermatologist, and Alumni of Burdwan Government Medical College & Hospital. She strives to excel in every aspect of dermatology, be it clinical dermatology, trichology, pediatric dermatology, dermatosurgery or aesthetic medicine and cosmetology. She has worked with senior and respectable names in the field of dermatology and her love for cosmetology made her work with renowned plastic surgeons like Dr Manoj Khanna & Dr Shashanka chatterji. Working in the prestigious institute of AIIMS,Rishikesh she treated many Vitiligo patients and performed successful Vitiligo surgeries. Acquiring skills and clinical eye to diagnose and manage difficult diseases with her passion and dedication for dermatology, she won many accolades during her journey. She was chosen among the few to represent India as an international presenter in International summer academy Munich and was awardwd EADV Copenhagen scholarship, Denmark. She pursued her training in lasers from Germany and participated in various workshops and conferences from time to time to keep herself updated and well trained so as to be a skilled doctor.
