I’m DR. YOGITA RATHI, I have done my BHMS from Govt Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital and completed my internship from Government Homoeopathic Medical Hospital and Jai Prakash District Hospital, Bhopal. I have worked in gynecological hospital as a duty doctor for 1 n 1/2 year and I have learned to diagnose diseases, their causes, symptoms and likely progression based on patient histories, examinations and diagnostic testing. Diligent about addressing every need of patient with conscientious and detail-oriented approach. Offering 2+ years of medical experience and passion for helping patients improve health and wellness. I have also helped in data assimilation and entry in Covid-19 Homeopathic Research and studies done on 300 moderately infected patients of covid-19 admitted in Chirayu Medical Hospital,bhopal, under leading officer Dr. Juhi Gupta, Government Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital.
