Dr. Shivadev is a member of International Society of Sexual Medicine, member of Indian Psychiatry Association. He has trained in European society of Sexual Medicine; Dr. Shivadev is a Psychiatrist & Certified Sexual Medicine Specialist. He has 14 years solid experience in the field of Sexual Medicine & Psychiatry. He has been certified by Oxford School of Sexual Medicine in the fellowship conducted by European society which is the only Multi-Disciplinary Joint Committee of Sexual Medicine & European Federation of Sexology. He has attended residential fellowship at Budapest, Hungary and appeared and cleared fellowship examinations at Madrid, Spain. It is the only course in Sexual Medicine conferred by any society yet. His experience in Sexual Medicine include treating conditions like Erectile dysfunction, Premature ejaculation, relationship problems, marital discord, porn and masturbation addiction, unconsummated marriages or sexless marriages, delayed ejaculation, difficulty in achieving orgasms, lack of pleasure in sex, decrease interest in sex, He works closely with his patients, understand them as people first and then work with them to help overcome their sexual and relationship problems. He is empathetic, tries to understand your point of view about the problem and then formulate a management plan and work together. His colleagues have appreciated him for the patience he has displayed while working with his clients and the way he have managed difficult cases and still been able to bring out the best outcomes and improving their overall quality of life. He is also into research field of CNS (Nervous system) medicines. He has extensive experience in medicinal research and clinical trials for Schizophrenia, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD and other psychiatric disorders. Dr Shivadev enjoys music and never fails to appreciate a good piece of art. Tech-house, Alternative rock, Psychill and lounge music are almost always on his playlist. He always is fascinated by the works of great masters of art such as Van Gogh, Salvador Dali, and Pablo Picasso. He loves to travel and explore places and local cuisine and take the off beaten path of any country that I visit to get the feel of the place and culture.
