Dr Nitish Mandal

Dr. Nitish Mandal is an experienced Anesthesiologist and a successful pain management specialist. He dreams of bringing the much-needed pain management services to our community. He has completed training in Nashville Pain Center, Nashville, Tennessee and Pain clinic Kentucky in advanced pain management techniques. He has optimized those pain management strategies for the Indian patients Dr. Nitish holds MBBS degree from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He has successfully completed postgraduate training in Anesthesiology and has been awarded Doctor of Medicine degree from Gujarat University. After completing his post-graduation he has served as a Consultant in Anesthesiology in St. Johns Medical College. After this stint, he has served as Assistant Professor in Saphthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences in Bangalore where he was involved in research and medical student and postgraduate training. Dr. Nitish has also worked at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital in Maldives. During his career, he has developed a keen interest in the discipline of pain management and has taken a major decision to give up lucrative job opportunities to seek further training in that field. This desire has to lead him to complete a fellowship training in pain management from Daradia – The Pain Clinic, in Calcutta. Dr. Nitish has then accepted a coveted position in Fortis hospital, Bangalore, as a specialist in the field of Pain Management and Anesthesia. Since January 2014 he is working as an Associate Consultant in Pain Management at RELIV Center for Chronic Pain Management. He is also a visiting consultant in pain medicine at Fortis hospital Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore He is very passionate about helping patients in getting a pain free quality life. He is a young, bright doctor brimming with ideas and will certainly enrich this field with his active involvement and complete dedication to this medical discipline.
