Previous week for my mom bp is 250 abv and back pain left hand pain we admitted in our lady hospital they diagnose and they take ecg and echo it's variation thr aftr pressure low again need to take.they take again bp low and ecg normal.aftr 2days we discharge cardio opinion it's normal..aftr 1day she again has back pain left hand pain we admitted in Meenakshi hospital they take bp it's high . with previous report they see and it's normal.they give medicine for bp it's low.bt back pain hand pain is thr.cardio check with previous report and tel it's normal.ortho dctr check in spinal slight issue so it's came pain and bp..they give medicine nw for 15days...I need opinion to take from u..wht can do next procedure..

Hlo sir, I have done Dj stunt operation. Now in July month I want to remove the stunt. And one need one minour surgery. My Question is that, I want next operation in ESIC because I contribute in ESIC from last 4 to 5 years. Can ESIC done operation of HIV+ PATIENT? and it's reports showing in my organization? and i want ESIC refer me in Arora Neuro Hospital can it's possible?

my mother's heart disease was discovered in 2019. she had atheroclorosis in right lower limb artery. she from then was taking Ecosprin AV 75 which is known to prevent heart attack regularly. she has taken that heart medication for 2 years 14 months regularly without fail. but then in october 2022 she got heart attack. she was diagnosed with myocardial infarction. she was gone through ecg and doppler ecocardiogram. the result of them was as under ECG (12 leads): septal myocardial infarction Ecocardiogram : : mild left ventricular systolic dysfunction with wall motion abnormality. grade 2 regurgitation noted in aortic valve no pulmonary arterial hypertension advice : please correlate clinically blood test : : FBS/creet/CBE/TSTT/LIPID/NAT/KT she consulted 5 doctors out of which 3 were cardiologist. they give her the following medications : 1. prolomet xl 50mg 2. stamlo 5 mg 3. ecosprin av 75/20 4. nexpro RD 40 5. clonafit plus 10/.5 6. korandil 5 mg 7. nitrocontin 2.6 8. ecosprin gold 40 9. cardace 1.25 10. corridor MR 11. ranozex 500 12. pantocid 40 13. deplatt cv 20 my mother is 78 year old and had the following comorbidities 1. severe cellulitis in leg 2. severe arthritis in leg 3,. overweight 4. kidney problem : she sometimes pee very often. sometimes she cant control her pee. 5. broken ankle bone despite these above mentioned condition my mother was stable and can do household work. even she can climb down stairs. only symptom is that she wake up in the middle of the night feeling pressure in chest which continue for sometime. now my questions are following : 1. how come a heart patient who is taking heart medication for almost 3 years got heart attack ? 2. is the blood test FBS/creet/CBE/TSTT/LIPID/NAT/KT right for myocardial infarction patient ? 3. are the medications mentioned above right for myocardial infarction patient ? 4. is clonafit plus tab right for myocardial infarction patient or other heart patient ? 5. considering age, stability , diagnosis and comorbidities mentioned above is it a fit case for coronary angiogram ? 6. is chest x ray and chest ct scan nedded beside ecg anf echo ? 7. is stress test needed beside other test ? please answer urgently. thank you.
