40% heart is working, what to do ?

Asked for patient, 67 years

She is now 67-68, this is her first time and doc is saying 40 % of the heart lis working,and saying water intake will not more than 100 ml but why she is not a Kidney patient. And we also want to do her atleast once I got a positive feedback from ur patient. So please help me out and please let me know ur fees Sir/Ma'am. Thanking you
