Urine test positive for bacteria flora

The patient with acute lower abdominal pain initially started on October 13th, seen locally and given Iv shot with some meds for three days, advised to do ultrasound, which was positive for cystitis, then advised to do urine culture, which came today, positive for E. Coli with one lakh colonies, please advise further Thanks and regards
