Swelling and bleeding from gums and sensitivity al

Hello doctor , I am having problem in one of my molar there is swelling and also bleeding sometimes what should i do
Swelling is not persistent it comes and goes within 1 or 2 days
And my mouth also start to smell in evening
What should i do?

FIRST YOU NEED TO GO FOR PROFESSIONAL DENTAL CLEANING PROPERLY. AND THEN FOR X-RAY IF REQUIRED AND PROPER DENTAL CHECK UP

You will have to maintain your oral hygiene by thorough gargle with warm water mixed with pinch of salt in it at least 2-3 times daily.gum infection causes swelling and bleeding. For the treatment you will have to visit a dental surgeon preferably Periodontist whos gum specialist.
