Irregular or delayed periods are very common in girls with PCOS, especially during teenage years when hormones are still stabilizing. Even if your daughter has been taking CarePCOS sachets for several months, cycles may remain delayed because PCOS is not a short-term condition; it reflects an underlying hormonal and metabolic imbalance that needs time and individualized management. An 8-week gap between periods can happen in PCOS and does not automatically indicate a serious problem, but it does mean the condition needs proper reassessment. Factors such as stress, weight changes, insulin resistance, sleep patterns, diet, and emotional health all strongly influence menstrual regularity. Supplements alone are often not enough to regulate cycles completely, especially in adolescents. Homeopathy can be a safe and supportive option for teenage girls with PCOS, as it works by gently regulating hormones, improving ovarian function, and addressing associated issues like acne, weight fluctuation, important. Basic tests may be needed to assess hormonal and metabolic status. I would advise a detailed consultation so your daughter’s case can be reviewed holistically and a safe, long-term plan can be made to support her menstrual and hormonal health.mood changes, and delayed cycles. Treatment is individualized based on your daughter’s physical development, menstrual pattern, ultrasound findings, and overall constitution. With the right approach, periods usually become more regular over time without forcing the body. That said, if periods are absent for a long duration, or if there are symptoms such as excessive weight gain, severe acne, unwanted hair growth, extreme fatigue, or emotional distress, proper evaluation is is important. Basic tests may be needed to assess hormonal and metabolic status. I would advise a detailed consultation so your daughter’s case can be reviewed holistically and a safe, long-term plan can be made to support her menstrual and hormonal health.
