It can be due to various causes and needs detailed evaluation. A normal pain killer might relive symptoms but never solve ur whole problem

it could be due to various reasons .. take pain killer but it subside for few hours it would treat the cause fully

different medicines work differently. so u need to elaborate and answer certain questions, so that an apt treatment regime can be given
