Should I take both Cefixime and Ambroxol-Guaifenesin-Terbutaline syrup or just the syrup for my dry cough and mild fever? and i have periods too.

Yes, you can take both medicines. Just keep a gap of around 10–15 minutes between them — that’s perfectly fine. Don’t worry

For dry cough , you should prefer Dextromethorphan Syrups And PCM 650 mg for fever. Don't start cefixime, if you have fever of less than 3 days . If already started, complete 5 days and then stop.
