How is the headache - is headache severe or mild. What is the location of headache and timing of headache.
How is the fever- continuous or on & off. Mild or severe ?

Hello as of now take T. Dolo 650
If it is associated with runny nose and other common cold like symptoms take Tab wikoryl 3 times a day for 3 days.
As there is no detailed history regarding fever, i cannot prescribe other medications. Thanku.

If u are working in a job where computer or phone is used for long time it should be reduced and ur eye power should be checked out and u should take pain killers not strong but like paracetamol
