ASend pic If it is abscess it needs to be drained or either be treated according to diagnosis. If you are having severe pain you can take tab zerodol sp so after food and cap pantofol dsr before food. Either send pic or visit general surgeon for further opinion asap.

AParacetamol dose is 10 - 15mg/kg if your child's weight is considered at around 10kg at 3yrs then approx 2.5ml (250mg/5ml) can be given. Thank you
