Having respiratory problems since 3months

Mujhe sep2024 main cold hua tha, tab dr. ne MONTAIR LC suggest ki. Tab se mein daily MONTAIR LC le rhi hu. Jis din ye medicine nhi leti, tab mujhe breathing main bahut problem hoti h. Nose to open rhti h, but pehle chest blockage feel hoti h, fir throat main bhi blockage feel hone lagti h. Ab mein apni breathing problem ka Ayurvedic treatment krana chahti hu. Plz suggest me what to I do...
