Maam mujhe twins pregnancy hui hai or usko 7 weeks ho chuke hai pr main twins k liye prepare nhi hoon mujhe phle ek baby hai .maam kya ye possible hai k inn dono me se ek baby hi grow kre mujhe single child hi chahiye. Maam plz meri help kijiye main thyroid patient hoon main proper do bacho ko nhi paal skti🙏help me plz
