Hi mam
So now you are having cavities in your permanent teeth so once we take that new teeth will not come again
And it is not necessary to take out the teeth we need to first evaluate and then decide
didnt get your question only
HELLO,
IF THE CAVITIES ARE INITIAL THEN YOU CAN JUST GO WOTH THE FILLING, IF IT HAS REACHED NERVE THAN GO WITH THE ROOT CANAL TREATMENT. IF THE TOOTH IS MORE DAMAGED THEN REMOVAL IS NECESSARY.

No just get your cavity filled
Not necessarily. Dental Wellness provides tooth-coloured fillings for suitable cavities, while teeth requiring more extensive treatment may need other restorative procedures. A dental check-up is important to determine how deep the cavities are and whether the teeth can be restored. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM–2:00 PM and 4:30 PM–7:30 PM.
