Do the teeth come out and attached new teeth here?

I have three cavities in two upper polar teeth and one lower molar teeth so do the teeth come out and attached the new teeth here?

Hi mam So now you are having cavities in your permanent teeth so once we take that new teeth will not come again And it is not necessary to take out the teeth we need to first evaluate and then decide
