Gall stone will not be treated by medicines, only way is surgery . Now there are chances that it ll pass throught your CBd and cause obstruction there which is lethal if not then it may cause pancreatitis which will again lethal and if not it ll passes down into small bowel (intestine) which again may lead to ileus so don't take chance and get it operated . There are many other things related for which you have to do a consultation and ll explain.
