5 years boy suffering from toothache

5 years boy suffering toothache in Right lower molar pain .some infection also detected. Clavam BID and ibugesic plus being administered. Pain not subsiding. Some doctor advised extraction or root canal treatment. We r located at chakradharpur jharkhand.
