Thirty-three-year-old Dr Mahalakshmi. S, an MD in Kayachikitsa, with six years experience, is a lecturer in Kriyashareera at the award-winning Arth Ayurvedic Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Doddaballapura, a part of the equally acclaimed Arth Ayurveda Group, pioneered by renowned Ayurveda Entrepreneur-Practitioner, Dr.Prashanth S. Acharya. Hailing from Palakkad, Kerala, Dr.Mahalakshmi secured her BAMS degree from Indian Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine and Research, and M.D (Ayu) Kayachikitsa from D.G.M. Ayurveda Medical College, Gadag, both affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences, Karnataka. Her research paper for MD was 'Management of Kitibhakushta with Vamana and Khadirarishtadi yoga and Aragwadapatra lepa w.s.r.to Psoriasis.' Fluent in Malayalam, English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil, Dr Mahalakshmi. S. is on a mission to excel in the field of Ayurvedic Research and Panchakarma; to promote and popularize Ayurveda globally; to treat the patient with Ayurvedic medicine and Panchakarma; to inculcate awareness about Panchakarma meant to treat Systemic Diseases, and to make a person disease free with the help of Ayurvedic treatment.
