She was associated with RR medical college Bengaluru & ACS Medical college, Chennai and an observer in IVF units abroad before she did her postdoctoral Training In Obstetric Ultrasonography under the aegis of Fetal Foundation of India(in 2006) and Laparoscopic training( in 2007)
She worked as Registrar in Manipal Hospital Bengaluru in 2008 and did her Post doctoral fellowship in Reproductive medicine under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health sciences, Bangalore in 2009.
She has been the senior IVF consultant In Lady Fertility Clinic, Sri Krishna Sevashrama charitable Hospital, Malathi Manipal Hospital , Nova IVI Fertility - Sadashivanagar & Khushi Fertility women’s clinic, J P Nagar 6th phase between 2009 – 2014.
She held the position of the Clinical Director & chief IVF Consultant at NOVA IVI Fertility – Koramangala from 2014 to 2018.
She hass been the Founder Medical Director & Lead IVF Consultant at Khushi Fertility & IVf Centre, JP nagar 3rd phase from 2018 till date.
Dr. Rashmi Yogish is known for her specialty services in in vitro fertilization (IVF), Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), Pre implantation genetic screening and diagnosis, Recurrent Ivf failures , recurrent implantation failures, Microfluidics in ART & Recurrent pregnancy loss.
She is well known for her successes in resistant cases of PCOS, Endometriosis and reduced ovarian reserves with the aid of Embryo Pooling & PGS in which she has done extensive research and has special interest too.
