His post graduate training included a surgical internship and residency at J.J.M.Medical college, a three year General Surgery Residency Programme after his six year bachelor’s programme in medicine and surgery. He also joined as Assistant professor of surgery in Deccan College of Medical sciences for a period of two years continuing his private practice.
