He has developed paediatric orthopaedics as a subspecialty in Pune & heads the paediatric orthopaedic unit at Sancheti since the year 2000. He is also visiting paediatric orthopaedic specialtist at Jehangir Apollo hospital and Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College. He is faculty for paediatric orthopaedics & has given numerous talks on various aspects of the subjects at state, national & international levels. Conducted numerous camps for cerebral palsy & polio children in various parts of the country.
