1. Check Responsiveness

3. Begin Chest Compressions
Place the heel of one hand in the center of the chest and the other hand on top. Push hard and fast at a rate of 100–120 compressions per minute and about 2 inches deep.
4. Provide Rescue Breaths (if trained)
After 30 compressions, give 2 rescue breaths by tilting the head back and lifting the chin. If untrained, continue hands-only compressions.
5. Continue Until Help Arrives
Continue CPR until the person shows signs of life or medical professionals take over.
