He completed his M.D. (Residency) from Yale University School of Medicine as Chief Resident. Dr Mittal is a Fellow of American Psychiatric Association (FAPA). He is a General Psychiatrist further specializing in Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr. Mittal is a hospital administrator with Masters in Hospital Administration from Johns Hopkins University and a Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Over years, he has been in various clinical and administrative positions, from being a Medical Director of a Geriatric psychiatry unit to being Chairman of Psychiatry and Temple School of Medicine Medical school psychiatry rotation director for a 7 hospital system.
