Dr. Kaushal had been Registrar, Orthopaedics Department, GMCH, Chandigarh and worked under guidance of Prof. Rajbahadur to fine tune his skills in Spine Surgery from 1997 to 2000. He furthered his training in Endoscopic Spine Surgery and did his fellowship in Endoscopic spine surgery under World renowned Endoscopic spine surgeon Prof Jean Destandau from France. He set up private practice in 2001 and established Arthroscopy and Spinal Endoscopy Centre. The Arthrospine System is patented under Indian Patents Act (PA NO. 1033/DEL/2009). He has more than 1000 endoscopic spine surgeries and more than 3000 arthroscopic surgeries to his credit. He is a lifetime member Indian Orthopedic Association, Indian Arthroscopy Society, Association of Spine Surgeons of India, Indian Medical Association, North Zone Chapter of Indian Orthopedic Association and Bombay Orthopedic Society (India).
