He also studied Colorectal Surgery at St Marks Hospital London. He went to Strasbourg in France for advanced GI and Bariatric Surgery (Obesity and Metabolic Surgery). He has learned Bariatric Surgery at centre of excellence at Portland, USA. Dr Arora has done more than 15000 cases of Laparoscopic Surgery including laparoscopic cholecystectomy, CBD stone removal, laparoscopic repair of all kind of hernias including Inguinal, Ventral abdominal and Hiatus Hernias, Laparoscopic Appendicectomy, Laparoscopic resection of small and large intestine, Laparoscopic operations on spleen, pancreas, liver, including Lap. Rectopexy besides Obesity and Metabolic Surgery. He also is the first to have started stapler operation for Hemorrhoids (Stapled Anopexy)besides STARR operation for ODS.He is a member of the prestigious world bodies like SAGES, EAES, AMASI, ASI etc. At present Dr Arora is woking as head of the Department of Laparoscopic Surgery (Minimal Access Surgery ) with Kailash hospital, Noida( NCR)
