Work at De-addiction centre involves supervision of management of patients taking different types of substances (alcohol, opioids, sedatives, cannabis, volatile substances, hallucinogens and multiple substances simultaneously) through pharmacological methods (detoxification, anticraving treatment) and in psychological methods whichever is appropriate (Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Relapse Prevention Therapy, Brief Intervention, Family and Couple Therapy, Group Therapy & Group Meetings) along with taking rounds and outpatient care in OPD. Simultaneously helped in organising and conducting three training programmes for doctors of five states (Bihar, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal) as part of organising team. These training programmes were based on ‘Substance Use Disorders’.

Her areas of interest are recurrent miscarriages, poor ovarian reserve, PCOS, and repeated IVF failures. She was a Senior Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department and IVF Unit in Charak Hospital Lucknow from 2014 to 2017. She established the IVF unit and Obs. and Gynae department in Charak Hospital and independently looked after the working and management of the IVF Unit.
