Skin problem

My mom is having varicose veins skin issue in her right leg. How to treat it?? She's facing severe pain in her leg she faces severe pain.what can be the cause? How to reduce the pain??

It's more common that Varicose patient having pain since swelling of veins happens. If the pain is minimal it is advisable to take paracetamol 650mg twice daily for 3 days. If pain is severe HIFENAC P twice daily for 3 days. Take one of above for pain alongwith a gastric tablet CYRA D twice/once daily before food. To address root cause Varicose vein Stockings of suitable size should be wore. If Colour Doppler investigation already done, depending on the severity it will be considered for Conservative or Surgical treatment. 2 pillow height below the legs while sleeping is advised.
