Understanding his keen interests in joint reconstruction and paediatric orthopaedics after residency, he proceeded to complete a formal fellowship program at the MGR university in Chennai. He had his higher training in the field of hip & knee joints replacements, arthroscopy in various centres in the UK and Germany. During his tenure in the UK, he had the opportunity to work closely with some of the world-renowned orthopaedic surgeons which enabled him to master the latest surgical techniques in the field of joints reconstruction and deformity corrections.
