Before getting into the teaching programme, he was working in the department of Urology for 3 years as non-post graduate resident after M.S General surgery. Dr.Sivaraman completed his MBBS from MMC ( Madras Medical College) Chennai in 1999. He then did his Postgraduation - M.S.Ortho in Royapettah Hospital, Kilpauk Medical College .
