She has raised a family, served in Health services and as a teacher and switched careers in her mid-thirties. She has a unique understanding of how people could find themselves struggling with serious issues in their personal and work life. Over time these issues can produce unhealthy ways of coping that can easily spiral out of control. Psy. Sangeetha’s professional training and real life experiences make her a valued resource for helping individuals facing these challenges. Depending upon the nature of the assistance needed, she offers both short-term and long-term therapeutic approaches, based upon the cognitive and behavior models of treatments.
