Geriatrics is a specialty that focuses exclusively on the healthcare of Senior Citizens (60 years of age and above), dealing with all the medical problems commonly faced by the elderly. I am keenly involved in promoting "Healthy and Active Ageing" and raising awareness about "Geriatric Medicine" through my lectures, CME's and public talks across Mumbai. Geriatric Medicine Residency from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, the most prestigious medical institute in India. Post-MD, I was attached to Fortis Hospital, Mulund, Mumbai as a Full-Time Consultant Geriatrician for 2 years.
