11 Months agoDear Doctor, I’ve been dealing with dry palm eczema for the last 8 years. The condition worsens at times, leading to painful cracks on the skin of my palms and fingers. The discomfort becomes quite intense, and it’s been affecting not just my physical health but also my emotional well-being. I often feel anxious in social situations and tend to avoid handshakes or even meeting people because of it.
