Dr Deonis Xess , MD Sr Consultant Rheumatologist and Clinical immunologist, Divine Healthcare, Ranchi Dr Deonis Xess is one of the Best Rheumatologist in Ranchi. Rheumatology training during senior residency at Rheumatology unit department of medicine PGIMER CHANDIGARH for more than 3 years as senior registrar . Worked as Associate consultant at indraprastha Apollo a Hospital New Delhi . He has Joined as consultant Rheumatologist at Apollo Hospital Ranchi and started the first dedicated Department in Jharkhand state and started the concept of modern pain management with various procedures like intraarticular joint Injection and Immunotherapy ( Biological and cytotoxic pulse therapy) for DMARDs and NSAIDs unresponsive patients and put concepts of Dynamic imaging like high resolution power Doppler Musculoskeletal ultrasound to detect early Arthritis .Currently attached as senior Consultant in Medanta Division of Rheumatology and clinical immunology ,Medanta Hospital Ranchi .He having 13 long years of experience in Rheumatology and clinical immunology ! He also having international exposure and experience by regularly attending American college of Rheumatology (ACR) ,European union of league of Association of Rheumatology (EULAR) and Asia Pacific of league of Association of Rheumatology ( APLAR) annual conferences and workshops.Presented CMEs and and guest lectures and chaired a sessions in various states , regional National and international Rheumatology,orthopaedic and paediatric conferences and platforms ,organised many CMEs and seminars in the states to make aware about Rheumatic and autoimmune diseases amongst Medical students and doctors of the states for better patents care. He started Jharkhand chapter of Indian Rheumatology Association ( IRA) and is presently founder secretary after Approval from national body and Jharkhand representative in various regional and national bodies . He has been appointed as AS REGIONAL QUIZ MASTER FOR “DR SD DEODHAR POSTGRADUATE RHEUMATOLOGY QUIZ “ in Medicine students of Medical colleges of Jharkhand states. Not only in academic programmes ,he also have organised numerous health camps and public awareness programmes for the Rheumatic and Autoimmune diseases at various platforms and appeared in National and regional electronic media like “ swasthya Bharat in DD “ and health online counselling. He also has written many health awareness articles and health tips in national and regional print media in various languages regarding Arthrtic and Rheumatic diseases and attended telephonic health counselling and Radio programmes in Akashvani and organised walkathon and seminars amongst doctors on occasion of world Arthritis and world Lupus day and attended as guest lectures in public platforms and citizens charter for Musculoskeletal diseases on occasion of world YOGA day! He have 11 publications in national and international indexed journal and many clinical trials in Rheumatology as his achievements!
