1 Years agoI am an Army officer and my My son aged 27 is supposedly (as he claims)suffering from ADHD and anxiety disorder.he was advised escitalopram by a psychiatrist.he has been taking it for around 20 days,seek an appointment for physical consultation and monitoring please.

I have sleeping problems. How to fix it?
1 Years agoIts been months that i am facing problems with my sleep. When i sleep , i feel like i am lacking oxygen and feels like how you accidentally forget to step on a staircase. Feels like my body is trapped inside a small cage and i cant move. And much more .
