I, Dr (Sqn Ldr) Akhileshwar Singh, am an Infertility Consultant and Gynaecologic Endoscopic Surgeon. I am an alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College Pune. After finishing my MBBS, I served Armed Forces (Indian Air Force) for 7 years where I treated wide variety of patients including personnel and their families. I pursued my post graduation in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Armed Forces Medical College Pune (an Institute of excellence for Gynaecologic Oncology, Fetal Medicine, Infertility and Minimal Access Surgery) and acquired the degree of MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology). My focus is to provide holistic care to women and parenthood to expectant couples with dedication and compassion

Irregular periods

Having irregular periods and there is an inflammation in the urine after I wake up in the morning. Having periods 3 times in a month And lot of pain in the lower abdomen
