Dr. Rabindra Nath Behera is a Senior Laparoscopic Gynaec Trainer, Ministry of Health, Malaysia with teaching experience more than 12 years for under & postgraduate students. He has 37 years of service experience as a doctor. He has more than 27 years of experience as O & G consultant. He also has teaching experience of more than 17 years for undergraduate & master students. He is an expert in advance O&G Ultra-sonography including Doppler studies and expert in MIS (Minimum invasive surgery).He has completed his MBBS Degree from SCB Medical College, Cuttack, Master's Degree (M.D) Obstetrics & Gynaecology from M.K.C.G Medical College, Berhampur and fellowship (FICMCH) from Kolkata. He has presented 53 papers which include 11 paper of international presentations, especially on his innovative surgical techniques. He had served in many places: Odisha(India) as Specialist O & G, Ministry of Health and overseas Hospitals at Malaysia as Specialist O & G & HOD, SIBU Hospital, Sarawak, Malaysia followed by MIS trainer at Melaka Hospital, Malaysia. He was awarded 'CEMERLAN' (Best service Doctor) from Ministry of Health, Melaka, Malaysia for the year 2007. He is accredited as Regional MIS Trainer & Coordinator in Malaysia. He has also obtained advanced Laparoscopic Training at UKT, Tubingen, Germany, and Fellowship(FBIOH) in Advanced Office Hysteroscopy Training at Bari, Italy from Dr. S Bettochhi in 2012.
