My foundation training in psychiatry was at the globally renowned National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore where he received an MD in Psychological Medicine. he has been fortunate to have followed this experience with further training in some of the best hospitals in the United Kingdom including Royal Free Hospital and University College Hospital London where he holds an MRCPsych Degree.
Currently, he is Life Fellow of the Indian Psychiatric Society and a Life International Fellow of the American Psychiatric Society.
