Ms Shrradha Sidhwani

On completing my undergraduate major in psychology from the University of Melbourne, Australia, She has a strong desire to return to my country and work in the mental health field. She went on to complete my masters in Clinical Psychology from University of Mumbai. She has conducted workshops and training courses across schools, colleges and corporate organizations for students, teachers, counselors and doctors. My areas of expertise include marital counseling, parenting, handling children for behavioral, emotional and social issues. She has been formally trained in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) from the Albert Ellis Institute, New York, USA and use this therapy to deal with anger disorders, phobias, depression and marital discord. With the help of REBT, family counseling is done in to ensure harmony between members to maintain a more friendly and balanced atmosphere. I also specialize in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). She has been certified as one of India’s first Tobacco Trained Specialist (TTS) from the Mayo Clinic, USA. Currently She has been involved with training employees at the global indoor theme park KidZania, conducting workshops on handling children and their behavioral issues.
