We are all born happy. We have infinite happiness within us. Happiness is an energy which Cannot be destroyed ever. We have come on this planet earth to either learn something new or experience the inexperienced emotions or maybe even to settle our all these processes we encounter emotions. Emotions that are negatively charged and emotions positively charged. In this mayhem of emotions, we sometimes go into an overwhelming. We are confused we don't know what to do. We may have identified with some negatively charged emotion like sadness, anger, jealousy or guilt. When this identification remains for a very long time we become that emotion, as in 'angry young man '. This is not our true nature. Our true nature is, 'Happiness'. This is when our body takes a toll. We start feeling ill. It starts with a small acidity but can end up in something worse. Our energy is depleted and there is decline seen at work, in relationships and in all dimensions of life. Because mind and body have lost their alignment. Her vision mission at Oorja Counselling Centre is to help people regain their mind-body alignment and discover their own Oorja. She lived by this principle and still striving hard day after day.
