I practice alternative therapy with the belief that it is a person as a whole who is ailing, and that the entire body is a singular, indivisible unit, one that cannot be compartmentalised. The plan of treatment should be aimed at understanding the individual as a whole, at all levels -- physical, mental, emotional and experiential. As you treat the central core (inside to outside), the primary issue of an individual, it reflects positively in their all-around health and well-being. I practice a combination of several therapies like Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Sujok, Yoga, Body Balance, Affirmation, Meditation, and Counselling in order to achieve Harmony. Harmony is a state of complete balance and wellness. My treatment is specific to the individual, and each patient is treated in a deeply personalised and individualistic manner. The system is methodological, but goes beyond methods. All the above-mentioned therapies come from ancient knowledge, developed thousands of years ago. These therapies are proven to control pain by triggering natural painkillers in the body. They form a part of neuroscience and show effect by inspiring the vital life energies of the individual, which may be blocked due to several reasons. They are remarkably effective in curing chronic ailments. Diseases occur at the endocrine, nervous, digestive, cardiovascular levels, or may target the immune systems of the individual. Traditional forms of medicine do offer symptomatic relief, but remain rarely able to cure.
